Patna, May 3 -- The Samrat Choudhary-led NDA government in Bihar has renamed two prominent institutions in the state capital, marking an early administrative shift after the BJP assumed the Chief Ministeras post for the first time in the state.
According to an official statement issued after the cabinet meeting held on Wednesday evening, the Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park has been renamed Patna Zoo, restoring its original identity, while the Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology will now be known as the Bihar State Institute of Dairy Technology.
