Dhaka, May 3 -- The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast moderate to very heavy rain in parts of the Dhaka, Chattogram, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions.

Meteorologist AKM Nazmol Haque said on Sunday afternoon: "There is a possibility of moderate to heavy, and sometimes very heavy, rain in all districts of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions at any time.

"Similar rain is also likely in Cumilla, Noakhali and Chattogram districts of Chattogram Division, and Narsingdi and Narayanganj districts in the eastern part of Dhaka Division. Barishal Division may see relatively less rain. There is also a possibility of light to moderate rain in Khulna Division."
