Dhaka, March 1 -- US-Bangla Airlines has said it will continue operating scheduled flights to Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Muscat in Oman despite the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

In a statement on Sunday, the airline said services to those destinations would follow the regular timetable.

However, it announced a temporary suspension of flights to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, as well as to Doha, Qatar, citing the "overall situation" in the region.

The airline requested passengers travelling to Riyadh, Jeddah and Muscat to arrive at the airport at least four hours before departure and to collect their boarding passes from US-Bangla's check-in counters.
