Bangladesh, Sept. 8 -- Two men from Sylhet have reportedly died in a road accident in Saudi Arabia.

The crash took place around 2pm local time on Monday near Al-Khurma of Taif, as they were travelling towards Jeddah airport.

"We've learnt through local sources that two expatriates from Kanaighat died in a car accident in Saudi Arabia while returning home. We're in touch with their families," Kanaighat Police chief Aminul Islam said.

The dead were identified as Abdul Karim and Khalid Ahmed, both residents of Dakshin Banigram Union.
