Dhaka, Oct. 5 -- The body of a Bangladeshi worker killed in a landslide in Malaysia has been found following a two-day search, with a tracker dog helping rescuers locate him beneath a mound of earth.

The victim was identified as 27-year-old Md Fahad Hossain, the New Straits Times reported, citing Malaysian police.

Authorities did not immediately release further details about him.

The landslide struck a vegetable farm in the Lojing Highlands in Malaysia's Kelantan state on Friday, leaving Fahad missing.

His body was located around noon on Sunday by Frankie, a tracker dog from the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department's K-9 unit, according to Gua Musang police chief Superintendent Sik Choon Foo.
