Dhaka, Sept. 30 -- Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Dinesh Trivedi has said there is no issue between the two countries that cannot be resolved if Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi sit down together.

He also reiterated that there was no need to rush Tarique's proposed visit to New Delhi, saying the two sides must be given the necessary time.

"There are all sorts of problems and challenges. It would be wrong to think there will be no challenges. But when the two leaders sit together, there is no question that cannot be resolved," Trivedi told reporters after meeting Liberation War Affairs Minister Ahmed Azam Khan at the Secretariat on Wednesday morning.
