Bangladesh, Aug. 20 -- Results of this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exam re-scrutiny may be published on Sept 10, with more than 400,000 candidates awaiting the outcome.

The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has proposed the date to the education ministry, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka Chairman Syed Aktaruzzaman said on Thursday.

He said the date would be finalised after the ministry approves the proposal.

A total of 402,051 candidates applied for a review after failing to secure the results they had expected, seeking reassessment of 1.06 million answer scripts.
