Dhaka, Nov. 5 -- A soldier of the Bangladesh Army has died after a gunfight between joint forces and suspected human traffickers in Cox's Bazar's Teknaf.

The clash took place in the remote hills of Rangikhali in the Upazila, the Inter Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) said in a statement on Thursday night.

The deceased, Mohammad Titas Sheikh, 27, was a soldier in the Bangladesh Army.
