Bangladesh, Sept. 8 -- With an order already in place to confiscate former prime minister Sheikh Hasina's assets, attention is now turning to how that order will be enforced.

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has begun the process of amending its Rules of Procedure to clarify the mechanism.

Chief Prosecutor Mohammad Aminul Islam told reporters at the prosecution office on Monday that the amendment would also apply to judgments already delivered, including Hasina's case.

"If the Rules of Procedure are amended, they will apply to the case involving ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina as well as other judgments already delivered," he said.
