Bangladesh, Aug. 5 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has toured the July Memorial Museum to look through the history and imagery of the July Uprising and 16 years of misrule under the Sheikh Hasina regime.

He was accompanied by Muhammad Yunus, former chief advisor to the interim government.

The prime minister had formally inaugurated the museum at the Ganabhaban - which had previously served as the official residence for Hasina during her time as prime minister - at 9am on Thursday.

After browsing the different rooms, the premier took the stage at the discussion venue at 9:50am.
