Dhaka, June 11 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has unveiled a commemorative postage stamp marking the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The stamp was presented at the Prime Minister's Office at the Parliament Secretariat on Thursday morning, his Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman said.

The commemorative set includes a Tk 10 postage stamp, a Tk 50 souvenir sheet with an envelope, and a Tk 5 data card.

A special seal was also used to mark the occasion of the stamp's release.

Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Fakir Mahbub Anam, Secretary Bilkis Jahan Rimi, and Additional Director General of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications SM Harunur Rashid were present at the event.
