Dhaka, April 17 -- Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam and State Minister M Rashiduzzaman Millat have inspected Shahjalal International Airport to review overall preparations for this year's Hajj flights.

The ministry said the top officials visited the terminal on Thursday night to assess the readiness of services for pilgrims.

During the inspection, authorities briefed the ministers on the logistical framework for flight schedules and traveller assistance.

Minister Afroza urged everyone involved to support pilgrims with sincerity and responsibility, placing particular importance on the overall management and cleanliness of the Hajj camp.
