Dhaka, Dec. 9 -- A man in his sixties has died after falling from the Chattogram University shuttle train.
Chief Medical Officer Abu Tayeb of the university's medical centre said the incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon as the train was entering the campus station.
The victim, 65-year-old Nurul Amin, lived in a colony adjacent to the university railway station. Students brought him to the medical centre, but, according to Tayeb, he had died before arrival.
Sumit, a trader from the station area identified by a single name, said Nurul had travelled to the campus by train.
