Bangladesh, May 26 -- Police have filed a case over the attack on a joint forces camp in Chattogram's Jungle Salimpur.

The case, which named 43 suspects, was filed on Monday night at Sitakunda Police Station.

Sitakunda Police Station Inspector Alamgir Hossain told bdnews24.com that Faujdarhat Outpost Inspector Sohel Rana is acting as the plaintiff.

Five of the suspects arrested from the scene are among those named in the case. In addition, 200 to 300 unknown suspects have also been accused.

Inspector Alamgir said the case has been filed under various laws, including damage to public property, obstruction of police work, and under the Explosives Act.
