Dhaka, June 8 -- Dr Sabrina Moriom Elias, an associate professor of life sciences at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), has been featured in a prestigious regional publication titled Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Advancing SDGs in Asia.

The publication was launched on May 28, during the 4th AASSA Symposium and the 58th KAST International Symposium in Seoul, Republic of Korea, according to a media statement.

Published by the Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia (AASSA), it recognises women scientists and STEM leaders whose work contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
