Dhaka, Oct. 25 -- Instagram is expanding new photo and video editing options by embedding Meta's AI tools directly into Instagram Stories.

According to the Hindustan Times, this update allows users to type text prompts to edit their photos and videos by adding, removing, or replacing elements.

Until now, Meta's AI editing was only available through its chatbot, but that required extra steps.

The new update adds the tools straight within Stories, making the editing process quicker and more seamless, the Hindustan Times reports.

The features appear under the "Restyle" menu, accessible via the paintbrush icon in Stories.
