Dhaka, Sept. 29 -- The High Court has ordered Hasina Islam, acting head teacher of Berakola Abdul Matin Khasru Girls High School in Cumilla's Brahmanpara, to continue in her position.

At the same time, the court has ordered temporarily suspended headteacher Aminul Islam not to enter the school premises.

A bench comprising Justice KM Kamrul Kader and Justice Fatema Anwar issued the order on Tuesday.

Aminul Islam was summoned to appear before the court that day, where he admitted to violating the High Court's order and begged pardon.

Earlier, the court had said it would sentence him to one month in jail.
