Dhaka, April 12 -- French Ambassador to Bangladesh Jean-Marc Sere-Charlet has visited American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) to promote higher education opportunities in France.

According to a media statement, he was accompanied by Cultural Attache Baptiste Lebret and Campus France Bangladesh Country Head Syeda Naasiba Hossain during the visit on Tuesday.

During the visit, the ambassador held a courtesy meeting with AIUB Board of Trustees Founder Member Ishtiaque Abedin, Vice-Chancellor Prof Saiful Islam, Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Abdur Rahman, Registrar Mohammad Zahidul Islam Khan and Proctor Prof Manzur H Khan.
