Bangladesh, Aug. 7 -- Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detectives have arrested Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah, the former vice chancellor of Rangpur's Begum Rokeya University, over allegations of embezzling the institution's development funds.
He was arrested from his home in Mohammadpur around 12:30pm on Thursday in connection with a case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), DMP spokesman Muhammad Talebur Rahman said.
