Dhaka, May 20 -- Daffodil International University (DIU) has inaugurated a new road connecting Dewan Bari, Kakabo, Dattapara and Daffodil Smart City (DSC) in Ashulia.

The road was opened on Tuesday, as part of efforts to improve connectivity and support planned urban development in the area.

The project was implemented through a joint initiative between DSC and DIU, with support from the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), funded by the government.

MP for Dhaka-19 Dewan Mohammad Salauddin attended the inauguration ceremony as chief guest.
