Dhaka, Oct. 17 -- The TUPTUP Resto and Resort in Cox's Bazar's Inani was operating without the required authorisation and had no fire safety clearance, the Fire Service has said following a blaze that killed 10 people.
Speaking at a media briefing on Saturday, Fire Service Director General Brig Gen Sultanul Afrain Junaid said the agency had inspected the resort in June and issued a notice warning that it was unsafe.
