Bangladesh, Aug. 20 -- A Dhaka court has ordered the submission of a further investigation report in the murder case of Inqilab Moncho convenor Sharif Osman bin Hadi by Sept 27.

The report in the high-profile case had been due on Thursday, but investigating officer Abdul Kader Bhuiyan, an assistant superintendent of police with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), failed to submit it.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Jashita Islam set the new date after the report could not be filed, Prosecution Division Sub-Inspector Md Rukunuzzaman said.
