Dhaka, May 19 -- The biennial election of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) will be held on May 23.

The date was shared with the media on Monday night in a notice signed by Monowara Begum, chairman of the Chamber's Election Board and Director of the Local Government Division in Chattogram.

According to the notice, voting will take place from 9am to 4pm at the World Trade Centre in Agrabad.

The election will be held for 18 directorial posts in the ordinary (general) and associate groups of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
