Dhaka, Oct. 26 -- General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, chairman of Pakistan's Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), has met Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna during his trip to Bangladesh.

The general paid the courtesy call late on Saturday.

During the meeting, the two discussed a wide range of issues concerning Bangladesh-Pakistan relations, including the growing importance of bilateral trade, investment, and defence cooperation.
