Bangladesh, Aug. 20 -- A case application has been filed against interim government chief Muhammad Yunus, former law adviser Asif Nazrul and 25 others over an attack on the Dhanmondi 32 residence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

They stand accused of vandalising and setting fire to the house of the leader of the nation's independence movement.

Tamanna Chowdhury Priyanka filed the application at the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Jewel Rana on Thursday.

The complainant's lawyer AKM Sharif Uddin said the court recorded her statement and kept its order pending.
