Dhaka, March 9 -- The Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) has formed "monitoring and control cells" at the central and regional levels to monitor the fuel oil supply situation across the country and resolve complaints.

A BPC order on Sunday said the control cells have been formed in collaboration with the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, the BPC, and its subordinate companies to ensure uninterrupted supply of fuel oil throughout the country from March to May.

The order said the activities of the central and regional monitoring and control cells will be launched immediately and will continue every day until further orders.
