Dhaka, April 8 -- The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) ad hoc committee has decided that board President Tamim Iqbal will represent the country in International Cricket Council (ICC) and Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meetings.

Following a consultation with the ICC, the board has also included the chief executive officer as a representative by virtue of his position.

The ad-hoc committee, headed by Tamim, held its first meeting in Dhaka on Monday to finalise several key administrative matters.

During the session, the board appointed Tanjil Chowdhury as the official spokesperson to handle all media communications, ensuring members do not speak to the press individually.
