Dhaka, June 9 -- Health authorities have recorded the death of three more people with symptoms related to measles over the past 24 hours.

During this period, 54 people were diagnosed with measles with 980 patients hospitalised with symptoms of the disease.

In its daily bulletin on Tuesday, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said a total of 631 people died due to measles and related symptoms since Mar 15.
