Dhaka, Jan. 12 -- The International Cricket Council (ICC) may propose that Bangladesh's matches in the T20 World Cup be held at alternative venues in India, according to media reports.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Devajit Saikia, however, said the ICC has not yet informed them of any decision.
He added that the BCCI, as co-host, would take necessary steps if the ICC formally requests any changes.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has twice written to the ICC, citing security concerns and requesting that its matches be moved outside India.
