Dhaka, May 1 -- Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has announced that 14,300 candidates recommended for the position of assistant teacher in government primary schools will soon be appointed "conditionally".
The recruitment process for the 2025 intake, which had been mired in debate, is being fast-tracked to ensure the quality of primary education remains uninterrupted, he said.
Speaking to reporters at Kachua Govt Pilot High School, Milon acknowledged the controversies surrounding the rapid execution of the recruitment exams.
