Dhaka, Feb. 4 -- Sheikh Bashir Uddin has visited the child victim at the hospital following allegations of abuse at the residence of the former Biman Bangladesh Airlines managing director.

The advisor to the commerce and civil aviation ministries visited the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital in Gazipur to inquire about the condition of the child currently undergoing treatment.

In a media statement issued on Wednesday, the commerce ministry says the advisor has instructed hospital authorities to take all necessary measures to ensure the child receives the highest standard of medical care.
