Dhaka, April 1 -- A mobile court of the district administration has seized a large amount of fuel oil in a raid in Narayanganj's Siddhirganj and sentenced one person to two months in prison.

The raid was conducted near the Meghna Petroleum Limited depot in the Godnail area on Tuesday evening, said Executive Magistrate Rashed Khan, assistant commissioner of the district administration.

Assistant Commissioner Rashed said that 9,100 litres of fuel oil were found stockpiled illegaly in an operation near the Meghna Depot in Godnail. Later, a mobile court conducted operations in the area and Md Sifat, who was involved in storing the oil, was sentenced to two months in prison.
