Dhaka, March 11 -- The 13th National Parliament is set to begin its journey on Thursday, marking the formal end of the interim period and the return of elected governance 20 months after the fall of the previous regime.
The first session of 2026 is being described in official invitations as a "historic moment for the rebirth of parliamentary democracy".
The day's proceedings will go beyond traditional formalities.
