Bangladesh, Aug. 7 -- Teachers have complained they are struggling to input stipend-related information for Ebtedayee madrasah students as the server keeps going offline.
They said the server remained down on Sunday and Monday.
Although it was functional for some time on Tuesday, it went offline again later in the day.
Officials at the Directorate of Madrasha Education said the delays were caused by a new server setup.
Benjir Ahmed, assistant director (government and senior madrasa branch) at the directorate, told bdnews24.com: "Institutions were asked to input student data into the server from Sunday. This must be completed by 5pm on the 10th of August.
