Bangladesh, July 15 -- Students who missed Monday's Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams due to heavy rain and waterlogging will get another chance to take the paper.

They will be able to take the exam on the same day as Chattogram board's rescheduled papers, said Mahdi Amin, spokesperson and advisor for the Prime Minister's Office.

Announcing the decision in a Facebook post on Tuesday night, he wrote: "If any student anywhere in the country was unable to sit the exam [Jul 13] due to adverse weather, they will be able to take it on the same day as Chattogram board's rescheduled exam."
