United Kingdom, June 28 -- A UFO expert has claimed an extraterrestrial arms race is underway.

Jordan Flowers, the executive director of the UAP Disclosure Foundation, has insisted America's latest batch of declassified files released earlier this month suggest both Russia and China are carrying out top secret research progams which aim to extract and copy new technology from crashed alien space ships using "reverse engineering".
