United Kingdom, Sept. 29 -- Jesy Nelson's former fiance has admitted it is "unfortunate" their relationship didn't work out because he wants a "strong family unit".

The ex-Little Mix singer split from Zion Foster earlier this year, shortly after it was revealed their twin daughters Ocean and Story, now 16 months, had been diagnosed with genetic condition SMA type 1, and while they have both moved on with new partners, the 27-year-old musician admitted he wants nothing more than to settle down.
