United Kingdom, Aug. 13 -- Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again didn't tell anyone when he was diagnosed with a swollen heart, because he was worried he'd be forced to cancel his tour.

The 26-year-old musician, real name Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, opened up on the Open Thoughts video series, where he told fellow rapper Marco about his health struggles on the road last year.

He said: "On tour, a doctor told me the left side of my heart was swollen and I never told nobody. I just kept doing every show. I finished my tour out like that.

"My heart is kind of still is enlarged on this little side. That explains the music, though, right? She's hurting."
