United Kingdom, July 22 -- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's daughter Vivienne wants to legally drop her father's surname.

The 18 year old has followed her siblings Shiloh, Zahara, and Maddox in filing a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court to request a change to her legal name, asking for her to be recognised as Vivienne Marcheline Jolie instead of Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt.

The reason listed in documents seen by People magazine was stated as "personal".

A hearing on the petition has been scheduled for 2 November.

However, the matter may not come as a surprise because in May 2024, she was credited as Vivienne Jolie in the Playbill for The Outsiders on Broadway, which she co-produced with her mother.
