United Kingdom, May 4 -- Vanessa Hudgens has admitted being a mother-of-two is "the hardest thing" she has "ever done" in her life.

The High School Musical star is mom to two children, a boy and a girl whose names have not been revealed, with her husband Cole Tucker and she's now opened up about motherhood and revealed she's using her experiences to create a new kids brand called A Star Is Born to help other parents.

She told WWD: "I am a very passionate person. I am a very creative person. And through this new chapter of my life, as a mom, it's forced me to kind of take a change of pace in life.
