Tony Adams reveals reason behind Liam Gallagher house sale
United Kingdom, Aug. 1 -- Tony Adams has revealed the personal reason behind selling his Cotswolds home to Liam Gallagher.
The 59-year-old former Arsenal captain sold the eight-bedroom property near Cirencester, Gloucestershire, to Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, 53, for £4.25 million after owning the house for 25 years, saying he and his wife, Poppy Teacher, are returning to London so she can pursue a master's degree in early modern history.
The move comes as Liam continues to enjoy renewed public attention following Oasis' hugely successful reunion tour, which has dominated music headlines and marked the band's first performances together in more than a decade.
