The 29-year-old actor has become one of Hollywood's most sought-after talents in recent years, and Tom is determined to throw his support behind traditional cinema, explaining that he's "very focused on" the cause.

Tom - who has reprised the role of Peter Parker to star in Spider-Man: Brand New Day - told GQ magazine: "I am a real advocate for theatrical and the cinema and the communal experience of sitting in a dark room and being entertained.
