United Kingdom, March 26 -- Tia Mowry credits self-reflection for newfound happiness in her life following divorce from Cory Hardrict.

The 47-year-old actress admitted she had felt alone for a while following her split from the 46-year-old actor in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" with their divorce finalised in April 2023.

Tia told People: "I will say that I've been in a place of solitude for a very long time. And there, I was really able to learn who I am, what it was that I wanted, and what it was that I needed. And I manifested this. I really did."
