The Odyssey's Matt Damon reveals entering his 50s has changed his outlook on life.
United Kingdom, July 19 -- Matt Damon has adopted a more intentional approach to life since entering his 50s.
The 55-year-old actor has an appreciation for the value of time and is even more determined to make the most of every moment he has.
Matt told the new issue of PEOPLE magazine: "You get on the other side of 50, and at least for me, I really started feeling like time is the most precious commodity there is.
"I just want to be intentional with what I do with it and make sure that I'm spending it exactly where I want to spend it."
