United Kingdom, July 1 -- Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband Tate has filed for a temporary restraining order against The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star.

Tate - the dad of Taylor's kids Indy, 8, and six-year-old Ocean - filed the motion in a Utah court on Tuesday (30Jun26) according to court documents obtained by People.

The 34-year-old, who was married to Taylor between 2016 and 2022, also filed a petition to modify their divorce agreement and custody agreement terms.

News of Tate's move comes amid reports that Taylor voluntarily entered rehab to seek help amid the other legal battle she's in the midst of with ex Dakota Mortensen.
