United Kingdom, Oct. 15 -- Sir Cliff Richard celebrated his 86th birthday with an afternoon tea party at a luxury London hotel, raising a glass with friends and fans as he marked the occasion with cake, new music and a flamboyant outfit.

The veteran singer, whose hits include Summer Holiday, The Young Ones and We Don't Talk Anymore, turned 86 on Wednesday (14.10.26) and it has now emerged he celebrated at the InterContinental London Park Lane hotel. Photographs shared on his Instagram account on Thursday (15.10.26) showed Cliff wearing a striking snakeskin-print jacket while enjoying birthday cake and a glass of wine.
