United Kingdom, Oct. 19 -- Selena Gomez has warned of the dangers of vaping, admitting doing so herself "changed" her voice.

The 34-year-old singer told fans in an Instagram Story on Sunday (18.10.26) that her voice had been permanently altered due to her former habit.

She said: "I'm not gonna be able to change my voice. I vaped nicotine a lot.

"Nicotine is so hard to quit, and I think I just wanted to say, if you're going through it or if you're even trying to vape, it's just not worth it."

Selena added that her decision to vape in the first place was "so stupid", sighing: "It changed my voice".

She appeared to hit back at trolls who had taken aim at her changed voice in comments online, as she concluded: "So if you guys don't like ...
