United Kingdom, Sept. 6 -- Sabrina Carpenter is "incredibly proud" after winning her first-ever Emmy Award.

The Please, Please, Please star earned the gong for Best Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) for The Muppet Show - which she executive produced and also performed on - at the Creative Art Emmys on Saturday night (05.09.26).

The award means Sabrina is now halfway to becoming an EGOT winner - after taking home two Grammys earlier this year.

There are just 28 people in the world who are EGOTs, having won an Emmy Award, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony, including John Legend, Jennifer Hudson and Viola Davis.
