United Kingdom, July 7 -- Ryan Seacrest had to pull out of attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding - despite originally offering to officiate the ceremony.

The superstar pair ended up enlisting the help of Adam Sandler to helm their nuptials at Madison Square Garden on Saturday (03Jul26), but in a chat on his On Air with Ryan Seacrest radio show, Ryan revealed he'd RSVP'd before having to pull out of attending the wedding altogether

He said: "I RSVP'd to go and then Disney hired me to do the 4th of July 250 special on the 3rd and the 4th, and so I had to cancel.

"I had no choice. It's part of my job at Disney to do these things. It was work."

Ryan ended up being in Nashville instead of New York, to host the Let Freedom Sing!...
