United Kingdom, Aug. 30 -- Rumer Willis' former partner has accused her of deliberately blocking his access to their three-year-old daughter.

The 37-year-old actress was temporarily awarded primary physical custody of her and ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas' little girl, Louetta, in June, and the musician has filed a legal objection to her recent request to modify their court orders regarding visitation of the little girl.
